Scratch N All

What a clever product! Scratch N All is a textured, rubber pad that can be installed in your horse's stall so they can scratch themselves. So simple, but something I'm sure most horses will thoroughly enjoy. I know my mare has a very itchy face and would go at this all day long if I were to put some Scatch N Alls up in her paddock.

Horse Shave Silent Trimmer

I let my horse's whiskers grow out just to test this product. Normally I use my wireless trimmers to clip whiskers, bridle path and feet. I love my wireless trimmer, but I often forget to charge it, so I thought having a quick little tool to do whiskers would be a handy item to have around. At $2.37 a pop, the Horse Shave Silent Trimmer is very affordable. I was actually really excited to see how they worked. All the reviews I read were favorable. My experience was... luke warm.

I didn't even realize I needed this product until I saw it. My sponges are constantly getting grody in my tack box, but where else can I store them? I can't just leave a sponge on the washrack ledge, it'll blow away or be "borrowed without permission" by another border or riding student. Now, with the Sponge Saver Scrubby Sack I can just hang my sponge on a hook next to my tack. Simple, but useful.

Retractable Curry Comb

I love my $3 plastic curry comb. It gets the job done, for sure. The only negative, to this go-to grooming implement, is the horsey hair the accumulates in the bristles. Generally, I smack it good against the floor to loosen the caught hairs and use a hoof pick to dig the hair out. Somebody has created a curry that doesn't require this cleaning dance. Meet the Retractable Curry Comb! What a clever little invention.

Hoof Picks are Hoof Picks, right? Think again, these Jelly Welly Hoof Picks are about the cutest frickin thing I have ever seen. I don't know about your barn, but at mine everyone's hoof pick looks exactly the same - which makes it hard to recover your misplaced or "borrowed" without permission hoof pick. So why not buy this unique and recognizable hoof pick for yourself or give it as a sweet gift to the horse person in your life? It's only $8.90 at Dover Saddlery.

Twinkle Glitter

It's Glitter, for horses. Twinkle Glitter is completely unnecessary but cool. You can turn your horse into a real life My Little Pony, by stenciling graphics on their butts using "Twinkle Glitter Gel". You can use "Twinkle Toes" to give them a glittery hoof manicure. You can use "Twinkle White Chrome" to turn up the dial on the brightness of your horses' white markings.

All the reviews I've read of this product are positive. My personal experience with the Slick N Easy Grooming Block was underwhelming.
